These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") contain the conditions for the use of the official webshop uvegkapcsolok.hu (hereinafter: "Website") operated by EDUCOMM Bt. (2100 Gödöllő, Mátyás király utca 6., company registration number: 13-06-051513; hereinafter "Operator") by the visitor of the Website (hereinafter: "User").

The use of the Operator's official website available at uvegkapcsolok.hu is jointly governed by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

By visiting the Website, opening pages on the website, viewing content, or filling out forms on the Website, the User explicitly accepts the rules of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

If the User does not agree with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, the User is not entitled to use the website.

The Operator reserves the right to modify or discontinue any content element of the Website at any time without prior notice, change their appearance and operation, and place content presenting its own services or other content. Visitors to the Website are obliged to inform themselves about the currently valid Terms of Use, the failure of which does not exempt them from legal consequences.

Terms of use for website content

1. The business use, publication in electronic or printed form, resale, or mirroring of any content available on the website, or its details, selection, or editing (e.g., pictures/photos, graphics, design elements, texts, blog articles, videos, and other copyrighted works, etc.) without the written permission of the Operator is prohibited.
2. It is forbidden to reverse engineer the content of the Website; to create user IDs and passwords in an unfair manner; to use any application with which the uvegkapcsolok.hu website or any part thereof can be modified or indexed.
3. Information and any content published on the uvegkapcsolok.hu website (e.g., blog articles, or excerpts from blog articles, product photos and product descriptions, videos, etc.) may only be shared, even with written consent, with a clear reference to the uvegkapcsolok.hu website.
4. The use of any information or content found on the website in the context of legal proceedings, or referencing it in such proceedings, is excluded.
5. 1. All content appearing on the Webshop (including photos) is considered a copyrighted work. The business use of content from the website by the User is only possible with the written permission of the Operator. In the absence of such permission, its business use or publication is considered an infringement and will result in legal action.

Placing links to the website

1. Placing a link referring to the uvegkapcsolok.hu website or any of its subpages or content, or displaying the website embedded in a "frame" on other business or non-profit websites is only possible with the written permission of the Operator. In the absence of written permission, all of this is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Requests of this nature can be sent to info@educomm.hu. The user committing the infringement is financially liable to the Operator or a third party for any possible damages resulting from unauthorized links.

Website use with registration on the website

1. Joining the Club Membership on the Website requires prior registration (user account), during which the User provides personal data to the website (such as a password). It is the User's responsibility to treat their user account data (name, email address, password, home address, shipping address) as confidential information within their own sphere of responsibility. The User may only use their User account and password in their own name; transferring them to a third party is prohibited. If the User becomes aware of unauthorized access or an attempt to access their user account data, they must notify the Operator immediately.
2. The User is obliged to immediately change the password enabling the use of the login-bound Club Membership upon the website's request. The Operator assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damage, data loss, lost profits, or loss of business or reputation resulting from the unauthorized use of the user account data by a third party.

Legal notice

1. The Operator makes every effort to keep the information on the Website up to date, as well as to ensure the accuracy of the materials on the website and avoid disruptions, but assumes no warranty or liability for any incorrect or erroneous data content.
2. The Operator does not guarantee that the functionality of the website or the service provided by the website is free of errors. The website and its content may change at any time without prior notice. The Operator is not liable for any perceived or actual direct or indirect damages incurred by the User resulting from information, technical disruptions, the use or unavailability of the Website, or other events. Users use the Website at their own risk.

Processing of personal data

The handling of Users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. We declare that the data processing of EDUCOMM Bt. complies with current legislation.

Governing law and jurisdiction

By visiting the Website, the User agrees that the laws of Hungary shall apply to disputes and claims arising from or related to the use of the Website. The courts of Hungary have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any legal disputes, and the registered office of the Operator determines the jurisdiction.

Reason for data processing

We treat the data you provide during the use of the website confidentially and do not pass it on to third parties, unless they act as our subcontractor for the purpose of fulfillment, such as information necessary for providing the service handed over to the delivery partner. When handling your data, we act in accordance with Act LXIII of 1992 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Disclosure of Information of Public Interest.

Data controller details

An invoice is generated for the ordered product, which is stored in the manner and for the time required by current legislation. You can request the deletion or modification of your data stored in our system in writing at any time, but you can independently unsubscribe from the newsletter list without your registration being deleted.

2.4. Targeting and advertising cookies

The purpose of these cookies is to display ads on the websites that are even more interesting or important to the Visitor. These cookies are also unsuitable for identifying individuals; they only collect information such as which page our visitor viewed, which part of the website the visitor clicked on, and how many

The shipping fee in Hungary is 2,500 HUF per package (including VAT), however, for orders over 50,000 HUF, shipping is free.

Expected delivery time in Hungary: 10-15 business days

In case of shipping to other countries, consultation with the courier service is required regarding the shipping price for the given country (which is also determined by the size and weight of the package), after which we will inform the interested user in writing about the shipping price.

Payment information 

The value of the order can be settled by bank transfer (advance payment). We will send the details required for the transfer in the order confirmation.

You will find the invoice for the ordered products in your package. The invoice contains the price reduced by any discounts.

The shipping fee is always added to the price of the selected products during the finalization of the order.

Shipping information 

We deliver the products ordered in the uvegkapcsolok.hu webshop to your door in Hungary and abroad.

The ordered products are delivered by GLS Courier Service staff between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on workdays in Hungary. You can also request delivery to your workplace if you are not at home during the day. Upon receipt, please check the integrity of the shipment. If you notice any damage, report it to the delivery person! When the package is dispatched, you will receive an email notification that your package will be delivered on the next workday. The email contains the tracking number. On the morning of the delivery day, the recipient receives a notification containing the courier's phone number, the GLS Customer Service phone number, and a time window for the expected delivery. If the delivery attempt fails, an email notification is sent, and through the link provided in the email, you can arrange for a new time or a different address for the package pickup.
