BSEED Echo WiFi touch LED display room thermostat for underfloor heating
The BSEED Echo series touchscreen WiFi room thermostat is for controlling electric or water underfloor heating, or a boiler. It can be managed via app, as well as with Amazon Alexa and Google voice control.

Which version do I need? The versions differ in wiring, so choose based on your heating system:
- Electric underfloor heating (16A): for electric underfloor heating with heating cables, heating mats, or heating foils. The thermostat directly switches the heating, up to 16A.
- Water heating – valve actuator: for water underfloor heating or radiators, where the thermostat opens and closes the valve actuator (zone valve).
- Boiler control (potential-free contact): for boiler heating (radiator or water underfloor heating), where the thermostat starts and stops the boiler with a voltage-free contact – replacing the old room thermostat. This is typically needed for apartments with radiators and gas boilers.
External floor sensor (NTC probe, 2.5 m cable) for replacement or as an addition also available as a separate product.
